招聘职位一：硬件工程师

The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for hardware development of Avionics products. The engineer will work in a hardware team, cooperate with peers from system, electrical, mechanical, logic, reliability, safety to complete tasks through architecture, requirement, design, prototype, test, and certification.
工作职责
•      Design electrical product and PCB implementation
•      Conduct engineering analysis and simulations
•      Work with suppliers, build up debug and test prototypes
•      Develop test environment / test procedure, and conduct tests
•      Generate design documents, specification and reports
•      Follow DO-254 development plan to conduct design and generate documentation compliant to that
•      Be abreast of components techniques and technologies appropriate to products
•      Protect the Intellectual Property rights of the Company
任职要求
•      Master's Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electronics, Physics, or Computer Science
•      Experience on EDA/CAD and simulation tools (for example Mentor/Cadence) on product design with EDA design flow

•      Strong oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English

The Software Engineer will be responsible fordevelopment of the core/infrastructure software application, softwareVerification for different avionics systems

•      Understandingand execution of all assigned tasks meeting requirements within assigned budgetand schedule
•      Maintainawareness of efforts within group and interfaces to assure technical qualityexcellence, timely completion of work and reviews, and responsiveness tocustomer / program needs
•      Communicationof technical information between organizations and within work group
•      Communicatewith leads on technical, cost, schedule, and personnel issues
•      Communicateprogress to leads and customers

任职要求
•      Master'sDegree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electronics or Computer Science field
•      Familiarwith C, C#, Python or Ada
•      StrongEnglish and Chinese oral and written communication skills
•      Stronginterpersonal skills
•      Ability toorganize information and make timely and sound suggestions

•      Ability to consistently produce highquality work in a production environment

招聘职位三：系统工程师

Thesystems engineer works consistently in practical and innovative ways towardsdefined goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is defined inscope. You will demonstrate competencies and technical acumen in work, developand execute objectives for self and accumulate experience or expertise toresolve problems independently, and have the ability to effect short-term andlong-term business goals.
工作职责
•      Participate in teams responsible for theexecution of design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using soundengineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices,procedures, and product / program requirements
•      Assist in the formulation andimplementation of plans to achieve technical requirements, scheduling, andcontract commitments
•      Develop technical understanding and skillsin line with the relevant assigned project requirements utilizing thecapability building framework and resources provided
•      Assure proper documentation of technicaldata generated for the assigned tasks consistent with engineering policies andprocedures
•      Participate as a presenter or reviewer intechnical and program reviews
•      Support for the certification process forcommercial aircraft systems, involved through the entire lifecycle of adevelopment program while more from the integration and verificationperspectives
•      Develop system level Design/Test Procedure/ Cases and Scripts against customer requirement and functions
•      Run and complete system test in lab,troubleshoot findings found during system test according to understanding ofsystem requirements and functions
•      Support on system documents / planswriting and review / release
•      Complete other tasks assigned by LineManager on time with good quality, demonstrate accountability in daily work

任职要求
•      Master degree from an accrediteduniversity or college
•      Software programing skills and experience,and experience of test and troubleshooting

•      Oraland written English communication skills
